My friend April – who pens the thoughtful/funny/creative blog called What I’m Thinking Today, has nominated my blog for a Liebster Award. I found this description online: “The Liebster Award is given to up and coming bloggers who have less than 200 followers.” See, being the grammar-nerd that I am, I would have said, …”given to up-and-coming bloggers who have fewer than 200 followers.” Picky? For sure. I remember Sister John Frances scratching on the blackboard that “less” is used when the objects cannot be counted and “fewer” when things can be counted, like chocolates or cookies or followers.
