Hooray, hooray!! I located my FitBit tonight. I had written to the customer service folks at FitBit telling them that I’d lost my motivation buddy and asking what could they do for me. I received a quick response: “We’re sorry to hear about your lost Fitbit tracker. Please confirm you have tried the following steps in order to try to look for the missing tracker so we can proceed: – Check your Dashboard to see the last time your tracker synced. If it synced recently, that means it is within 15-20 feet of a computer with the Fitbit Connect software installed and a Dongle plugged in. – Look near your laundry.
